About the Event
Cole Haase is a 19 year old from Ascension Parish, Louisiana; an alumni of Riverside Academy and a collegiate golfer at Loyola University; who has recently undergone a second major heart surgery. Cole was born with congenital heart defects and underwent his first open heart surgery for coarctation of the aorta, aortic valve stenosis and ventricular septal defect at only 5 days old. Cole’s most recent surgery on July 31, 2025 was to replace his aortic valve with an artificial valve, because the valve was causing insufficient blood flow and overall insufficient heart function. Cole had to go to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas for the most recent surgery.
